The course was organized within the framework of the project "Green Industrialization in Uzbekistan" implemented by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), in cooperation with UNIDO.
The aim of the training was to increase participants' knowledge of methods for optimizing resource usage and reducing negative environmental impact in production processes.
After the theoretical part of the training, the participants were taken to the industrial enterprise "Zelal Tekstil" where they were able to see practical examples of UNIDO approaches being used to improve production processes with regards to resource efficiency and cleaner production.
