He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Tashkent State University of Economics and an MBA from Waseda University (Japan), specializing in business management and leadership.
Bahtiyoriddin Nuritdinov
Deputy Director
Bahtiyor oversees U-ENTER’s financial and administrative operations and leads sustainable industrial initiatives focused on ESG, the green economy, and sustainable development. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Karakalpak State University and earned an MBA from Waseda University in Japan.
Ilkhomjon Aliev
Deputy Director
Ilkhomjon leads innovation ecosystem development through international partnerships, entrepreneurship development, and research-driven initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from Tashkent University of Information Technologies and an MSc in Applied Economics from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
Malika Ikramova
PR Specialist and Women’s Initiatives Coordinator
Malika leads strategic communications, community engagement, and initiatives that support women entrepreneurs, startups, and innovation. Graduated in Foreign Philology from Tashkent State University and International Law from the National University of Uzbekistan.
Shakhnoza Rakhimova
Administrative Manager
Shakhnoza provides strategic leadership in financial management, reporting, and human resources at U-ENTER, strengthening organizational efficiency, financial accountability, and talent development. She studied Korean language and culture at Kyung Hee University (South Korea) and holds an MBA in Business Management from the Banking and Finance Academy of Uzbekistan.
Turanbek Makhamatdinov
IT Education & Makerspace Manager
Turan oversees the development of the Makerspace at U-ENTER and supports the implementation of educational and innovation-focused projects in IT and 3D technology, including training in robotics and digital manufacturing. He holds a degree in Economics with Finance from Westminster University in Tashkent.
Diana Kolosova
Digital Communications Manager
Diana supports U-ENTER initiatives design-wise, leading the creative development of event branding and visual communications for educational and innovation-focused programmes. She holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from Westminster International University in Tashkent and is currently pursuing an MATESOL degree at the same university.
Timuriddin Niyazov
Startup Support Manager
Timuriddin is responsible for working with startups and entrepreneurs and coordinating incubation and acceleration programs, hackathons, and other startup support initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Financial Management from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent.
Shokhrukh Abdukodirov
Videographer, Editor
Shokhrukh specializes in media production, visual storytelling, and digital communications. He manages all stages of media production, creating visual content for corporate, institutional, and digital platforms. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Kamoliddin Behzod Institute.

Facility Manager
Sharof supports U-ENTER’s operations by coordinating office administration, procurement, facilities, events, staff schedules, and internal communications to ensure efficient organizational performance. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent.
Kuwanish Berdiev
Sales Manager
Kuwanish manages client relations for events hosted at U-ENTER, coordinating venue arrangements, event planning, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of conferences, meetings, and other events. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from Karakalpak State University, Uzbekistan.
Yayra Mirkhosilova
Administrator
Yayra oversees the front office at U-ENTER, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative operations. She coordinates visitor reception, office administration, and resident requests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of U-ENTER. She holds a degree from the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.
